Project Design Staff :

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  2. 2-5 years of experience in Project & Interior Design, preferably within the retail or commercial design sector
  3. Advanced knowledge of microsoft office, Autocad, Sketchup, 3D Max, Vray and related tools / interior design software

  4. Develop innovative and functional store layouts, ensuring alignment with the brands visual identity, customer experience goals dan business objectives

  5. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management and organizational skills

  6. Strong understanding of retail design principles, consumer behavior and the latest trends in store environments
  7. Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring design concepts are executed with precision
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork across various departments
  9. Ability to troubleshoot and provide practical solutions to design challenges
  10. Willingness to travel to store locations for design implementation and site visits
  11. Maximize the efficient use of retail space while ensuring a welcoming and enganging customer journey
  12. Select appropriate materials, finishes and fixtures that reflect the brand and meet both aesthetic and budgetary requirements
  13. Active in English both oral and written
