Job Position: Inventory & MNR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory & MNR Executive to manage container inventory, aging control, and MNR-related activities while coordinating closely with depots, principals, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Prepare and maintain local inventory reports (aging-wise) for sales and other departments.

·       Monitor and follow up on long-stay / idle containers, including:

·       Import at terminal

·       Import with consignee

·       Export with shipper

·       Export at terminal

·       Share daily inventory reports with principals and update the agency head.

·       Update principal inventory systems for container movement and activity as required.

·       Coordinate with depots/yards to nominate overdue, long aging, or heavy-duty containers as per cargo needs.

·       Issue notices for empty container aging at locations.

·       Improve equipment turnaround time through daily follow-ups.

·       Liaise with depots, transporters, and internal teams on export container issues.

·       Coordinate on-hire and off-hire arrangements with depots/yards.

·       Plan and execute empty container repositioning to overseas destinations as per principal instructions.

·       Arrange container surveys at depots when required.

·       Monitor container damage and MNR collection, including:

·       Liaising with POL for container condition

·       Identifying cause of damage

·       Determining liable party

·       Coordinating repairs with local depots

·       Handle principal and POD queries related to container inventory and MNR.

·       Update damage, MNR jobs, and total loss records in the principal system.

·       Follow up daily with depots on repair status.

Requirements:

·       Experience in shipping, container inventory, or depot operations

·       Strong coordination and follow-up skills

·       Good understanding of container movement, aging, and MNR processes

·       Proficiency in reporting and system updates

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment

·       Good communication skills in English
