Senior E-commerce OperationsIndonesia | Hands-on | GMV & ROI OwnerWhat this role is aboutThis is a hands-on role responsible for real e-commerce results.You will directly contribute to and influence:Monthly GMV and growth qualityAdvertising ROI and budget efficiencyGo / stop decisions on core SKUsInventory rhythm and cash efficiency across e-commerce channelsWhen results fall short, this role is expected to own the analysis and adjustment, not just execution.This is a judgment role, not an execution-only roleYou are not here to "operate buttons."Your value comes from making the right calls under uncertainty:When to scale budget, and when to stop immediatelyWhether weak performance is caused by content, pricing, SKU fundamentals, or platform dynamicsWhich SKUs deserve continued investment, and which should be stoppedHow to react when platform rules or traffic structures changeHands-on is mandatoryYou are expected to:Personally monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CR, ROI, DOI)Break down GMV structure instead of just reading reportsAdjust ads, campaigns, pricing, and main images yourselfMove forward even when information is incompleteWhat we expect you to have done beforePlease apply only if you have:3–5+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience on the brand sideDirect responsibility for GMV and ad budget resultsProven growth without relying on platform boosts or existing hero productsNice to have (not required):Experience with high AOV products (> IDR 150K)Shopee and TikTok Shop experienceClear experience stopping underperforming SKUs or projectsWhat we don't care aboutPrevious job titlesPresentation skillsFancy frameworksWe care about one thing only:When ROI fails by Day 7,do you know exactly what to do next?Working reality hereGoals are clear; paths may not always beThere is room to test, but not to hide responsibilityGood results naturally expand scope and influencePoor results are reviewed quickly and honestlyIf you only want to "complete assigned tasks," this role may not fit.If you want to build and prove a real e-commerce line, it's worth trying.CompensationWe offer a competitive base salary aligned with senior hands-on e-commerce roles in Indonesia,complemented by performance-based incentives directly tied to GMV growth and ROI quality.This role is designed for people who believe strong results should be measured and rewarded,not just discussed.Final noteWe are not hiring an "e-commerce executor."We are hiring someone willing to take responsibility for growth.
