Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize internal data, create simple dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets, and track performance metrics.
  • Support operational and administrative activities, including documentation and reporting.
  • Assist in project and on the ground execution and provide weekly progress reviews to ensure timelines are met.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders to align on project updates and internal processes. including direct coordination with frontline teams and on-site partners.
  • Address operational challenges quickly and effectively, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Requirements
Experience

  • Interest or prior exposure to operations-related or project-based roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage, clean, and interpret data.
  • High proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups) and ability to create clear, compelling data visualizations.
  • Experience with additional analytical or reporting tools is a plus (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

  • Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Business, Economics, Marketing, Operations, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with the ability to analyze and present data.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in data handling, administration, or project work is a plus
