Job Description
Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and oversee accounting activities including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Banking, day to day Journal Entries, and Amortization (Intercompany and 3 rd Party transaction).
  • Prepare, review, and reconcile General Ledger (GL) and Balance Sheet (BS) accounts to ensure accurate ending balances.
  • Assist in month-end financial closing and Yearly Financial Statement Audit to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Handle tax filings including PPh Articles 21, 22, 23, 25, and the Annual Corporate Income Tax (CIT) return.
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure proper documentation.
  • Actively contribute to internal finance initiatives and collaborate with business units to support operations.
  • Review and validate accounting entries prepared by finance staff.
  • Provide cost control calculations, reports, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Undertake other relevant tasks related to accounting services as required.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, and taxation.
  • Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple ERP systems and online tax reporting platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with high initiative.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
