POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. This position demands a leader with high enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for driving results. You will utilize your strong knowledge and experience in customer behavior and client telling to create personalized shopping experiences that build customer loyalty and increase sales. You will lead a team, maintain inventory integrity, and ensure the store consistently meets the brand's high standards of service, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • Increase sales and maximize profitability of the store
  • Achieve high service standards as per Mystery Shopper score card
  • Ensure all the retail standards are maintained within VG standards
  • Inventory Integrity, managing stock losses and conducting stock counts
  • Responsible for Staff Development & training in the store
  • Responsible to maintain employee engagement & loyalty

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in Beauty - luxury, or retail industry
  • Proven leadership experience (Store Manager or Supervisor/Assistant level)
  • Strong communication and people management skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Customer-oriented, proactive and hands-on attitude
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Passionate about premium products and retail excellence
