Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Assurance to oversee our production processes and ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nutrition, production management and quality control, with a keen eye for identifying areas of improvement and implementing effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage controlled documents such as production records, recipes and manufacturing partners' records.
  • Work with Research & Development team to develop production procedures, supervise production activities and ensure adherence to production and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify defects, deviations, and areas for improvement.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to maintain high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing partners and cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, sales and logistics, to resolve production and quality-related issues; this includes setting corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyse production data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, halal and BPOM standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Engineering, or other related fields (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in production management and quality control, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to optimise the usage of Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) to streamline work management processes.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) is a plus.
