This leadership role supports daily restaurant operations by supervising staff, ensuring high service standards, maintaining operational efficiency, and assisting the Team Leader in all aspects of running a successful outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Team Leader in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  2. Lead and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring all staff deliver top-notch customer experiences.
  3. Assist in training, mentoring, and evaluating team members to uphold service and food quality standards.
  4. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally to maintain a positive dining experience.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock of ingredients and supplies.
  6. Ensure that health, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are consistently met throughout the outlet.
  7. Participate in staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
  8. Handle opening and closing duties, reporting, and securing the premises.
  9. Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional activities and drive sales growth.
  10. Perform other duties as required to support the outlet and ensure overall success.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in F&B or hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • ENGLISH SPEAKING IS A MUST.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and growing with a fast-expanding brand.
