IT Infrastructure

We seek an
IT Infrastructure & Security Project Manager
to lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure modernization and security initiatives across the organization. This role drives strategic execution, ensures operational resilience, and partners closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the company's technology foundation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects (network upgrades, cloud migration, server modernization, etc.).
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and vendor performance.
• Coordinate with Infra, Security, Network, and Application teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Evaluate and implement best-practice security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
• Oversee infrastructure capacity planning, performance, and reliability improvements.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and dashboards for leadership.
• Act as an escalation point for critical infra/security issues during project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure/security roles, with at least 2 years managing IT Infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of networks, servers, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously under tight deadlines.
