Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer located in Klari. The HSE Officer will oversee and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Daily tasks will include conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing HSE policies, delivering safety training, and carrying out inspections and audits. The role also entails the monitoring and evaluation of safety performance, incident reporting, and supporting the organization in fostering a strong safety culture.

Qualifications:

1.⁠ ⁠Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.

2.⁠ ⁠Valid HSE/K3 certifications (e.g., K3 Umum Kemnaker, K3 Konstruksi BNSP) are Required.

3.⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of experience as an HSE Officer in construction projects.

4.⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, SMK3, and construction safety standards.

5.⁠ ⁠Good reporting, communication, and coordination skills.

6.⁠ ⁠⁠Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.

Willing to be placed onsite at Klari.
