Our company, PT Anugerah Mekanika Sukses Abadi specializes in precision part manufacturing and the development of special-purpose vehicles for both general and military applications. We are currently looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Mechatronics Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary:

Responsible for designing, developing, and integrating mechanical, electronic, control, and software systems to create efficient and innovative mechatronic solutions. This role involves 3D/2D design, component selection, system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation to support automation, robotics, and industrial control applications.

Job Description:

1/ Design, develop, and integrate mechanical, electronic, control, and software systems.

2/ Create 3D/2D designs using CAD software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent).

3/ Select appropriate sensors, actuators, motors, and controllers based on system requirements.

4/ Implement and integrate automation systems, robotics, and microcontroller-based devices.

5/ Conduct testing and troubleshooting of prototypes and equipment before production or operation.

6/ Analyze technical issues and perform necessary repairs or improvements.

7/ Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and test reports.

8/ Develop innovations and stay up to date with the latest technological advancements in the field of mechatronics.

Qualification:

1/ Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field.

2/ Minimum of 1–2 years experience; fresh graduates are welcome, experienced in industrial automation, robotics, or control systems is a plus.

3/ Able to design basic mechanical systems and create CAD models using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.

4/ Skilled in designing digital/analog circuits, sensors, actuators, and microcontroller systems (Arduino, STM32, etc.).

5/ Proficient in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, MATLAB/Simulink, and LabVIEW.

6/ Knowledgeable in robotic arms, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and servo/stepper motors.

7/ Hands-on experience in machine/robot design, assembly, and troubleshooting.

8/ Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, also creative and innovative in developing new solutions.

9/ Able to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electronics, and software).

10/ Excellent technical communication skills, including the ability to produce clear technical documentation.
