Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist, located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, implementing on-page optimization initiatives, and managing link-building campaigns. The role also involves analyzing website performance using web analytics tools to enhance visibility, traffic, and overall search engine rankings.

Responsibilities

  • Create an SEO strategy to increase website ranking on the Search Engine Results Page (SERP)
  • Do research and collect and analyze data and results, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI—optimization for new relevant keywords throughout the company website and marketing materials.
  • Manage the expenses of SEM campaigns and ads, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling differences.
  • Change website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords (website performance, landing pages, keywords)
  • Determine measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics with SEO tools like Google Analytics to understand SEO strategy performance.
  • Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions, to improve website search results.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other marketing teams to align goals and manage SEO strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of working experience in SEO with proven results (Portfolio).
  • Mastering copywriting skills and graphic design will be a priority.
  • Strong understanding of attributions and marketing funnels.
  • Experience with SEO tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of schema markup.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Experience in Link-building strategy and execution.
