Role Description

As an HR & GA Staff, you will support HR and General Affairs activities to ensure smooth daily operations and compliance within the company. Your responsibilities will include managing employee administration, assisting recruitment and onboarding processes, administering BPJS, preparing HR reports, and monitoring contracts. On the GA side, you will handle procurement, facility maintenance, permits, and travel arrangements while supporting operational needs at the factory and office.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field.

• 1+ year experience in HR & GA (fresh graduates are welcome).

• Basic knowledge of Labor Law & BPJS regulations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Familiar with HRIS System (Talenta).

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and communicative.

• Good command of English (oral & written).

• Able to work independently and in a team.

• Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo, East Java.
