Job Description:

  • Prepare and submit the monthly inventory budget to FP&A.
  • Collect and validate budget inputs from related teams to ensure completeness and consistency.
  • Compare actual spending vs budget and identify the main reasons for any differences.
  • Review purchase requests against the approved plan and escalate requests that are outside the plan.
  • Analyze weekly spending report showing budget vs actual, remaining budget, and items that need follow-up or approval.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any major
  • Minimal 4 years of working experience in a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in forecasting and supply chain management is preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel/google sheet is essential
