We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Engineer with extensive experience in managing on-premises servers to join our dynamic team in the computer software industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot network-related issues and provide timely resolutions.

As a Network Engineer, you will also play a crucial role in planning network upgrades and enhancements, providing technical support to users, and monitoring network performance to ensure uptime and reliability. Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain secure and efficient network infrastructures.
  • Manage daily operations of on-premises servers and associated hardware.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues in real-time.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to optimize network configurations for application performance.
  • Plan and execute network upgrades, migration, and security assessments.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for network topology and configurations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and end-users regarding network-related inquiries.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role in the software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and on-premises server management.
  • Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and security best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Certified with Cisco or Huawei is a MUST.
