About Us

Adore Vanilla & Adore Cacao craft world-class vanilla and chocolate directly from traceable farms across Sulawesi and Minahasa. Our mission is to bring Indonesia's finest natural ingredients to global kitchens — blending sustainability, science, and storytelling.

We work with top pastry chefs, chocolatiers, and restaurants worldwide, and we are expanding our content production team to elevate our visual storytelling.

Your Role

You will be the creative force behind our visual content — transforming farm stories, fermentation processes, chef collaborations, and brand moments into cinematic, emotional, and impactful videos.

Your work will shape how the world sees Indonesian vanilla and cacao.

Key Responsibilities


• Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and brand campaigns


• Create dynamic storytelling that blends nature, science, and culinary artistry


• Collaborate with founders, field teams, and chefs to capture authentic visual moments


• Sync color grading, sound design, and music to the brand's premium tone


• Manage video assets, timelines, and content calendars


• Trim raw footage from the field, factory, farms, and events into engaging reels


• Support documentary-style projects

Requirements


• Minimum 2–4 years experience as a video editor or similar role


• Strong mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve


• Good sense of pacing, cinematic storytelling, color, and sound


• Ability to craft mood, emotion, and luxury brand feel


• Comfortable editing nature, factory, and chef-based content


• Strong creative instincts and attention to detail


• Able to work in a fast-paced, growing brand environment


• Photography skills or motion graphics is a strong plus


• Willing to travel occasionally to Sulawesi, Minahasa, and Bali for shoots
