Description

Melaksanakan proses produksi pada lini Granulation/tableting & Coating/Packaging/Soft Gel serta perawatan ruang, mesin, spare part, dan peralatan kerja pendukung lainnya sehingga dapat memenuhi target kualitas, kuantitas, dan waktu yang telah ditetapkan, sesuai dengan arahan Atasan, standar/prosedur, peraturan yang berlaku.

Responsibilities
  1. Melakukan monitoring terhadap pencapaian Balance Score Card (BSC) individu.
  2. Melakukan persiapan pelaksanaan proses sesuai bagiannya :
  3. Melaksanakan proses produksi pada masing-masing Unit Produksi terkait, dengan standar CPOB/GMP/SOP yang telah ditetapkan dan mendokumentasikan aktivitasnya sesuai kaidah GDP (Good Documentation Practice).
  • Dispensing Operator :Melaksanakan prosedur penimbangan bahan baku dan proses serah terima material 
  • Granulation Operator : Melaksanakan prosedur granulasi 
  • Tablet Compressing Operator : Melaksanakan prosedur pencetakan tablet 
  • Coating Operator : Melaksanakan prosedur coating 
  • Primary Stripping Operator : Melaksanakan prosedur pengemasan primer strip 
  • Packing Operator :  Melaksanakan prosedur pengemasan sekunder
  • Washing Operator : Melaksanakan prosedur pencucian peralatan di area produksi 
  • Labourer Operator : Melaksanakan prosedur penyiapan dan proses serah terima material (bahan baku, bahan kemas, produk antara, dan finished goods)
Qualifications

Tidak buta warna, tidak memiliki penyakit menular, tidak alergi

Lulusan SMA/SMK, Min. SLTA/D3, lebih disukai yang telah memiliki pengalaman bekerja di Pabrik Farmasi atau memiliki SIO

Berbadan sehat & Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shift
