Key Responsibilities

  • Edit engaging video content for social media (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and digital campaigns.
  • Create and animate motion graphics, transitions, typography, and visual effects aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative director, performance team, social media team, and clients to bring campaign concepts to life.
  • Adapt raw footage from shoots into polished content optimized for each platform.
  • Manage up to 20 different clients from different industries
  • Maintain consistent storytelling and pacing suited for performance marketing creatives.
  • Contribute creative ideas during campaign brainstorming sessions.
  • Stay up-to-date with current social trends, editing styles, and platform best practices.
  • Organize media assets, maintain content libraries, and ensure delivery timelines are met.
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across multiple clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Video Editor / Motion Designer, preferably in a digital agency or content studio.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, and ad creative styles.
  • Creative eye for composition, rhythm, music selection, and storytelling.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and passion for visual storytelling.
  • Bonus: experience in sound design, color grading, or 3D animation is a plus.
  • Portfolio or showreel is required.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
