As a
Director of BPR (Bank Perkreditan Rakyat),
you will be responsible for overseeing the bank's operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving sustainable growth while maintaining high standards of service and financial integrity.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or certifications in banking or finance is a plus.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the banking or financial sector, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
• Possess strong knowledge of banking regulations, financial management, and strategic planning.
• Have a proven track record of leading teams and implementing effective business strategies.
• Exhibit a strong commitment to integrity, compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall operations, ensuring that the bank meets regulatory and financial standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee risk management, compliance, and financial reporting to maintain the bank's reputation and stability.
