Key Responsibilities
  1. Design posters, banners, and printed event materials.
  2. Develop visual and printed assets used across Sungai Watch stations and offices to ensure consistent branding and improved visual communication.
  3. Produce graphic content for social media (e.g., data visualizations, comparison graphics, storytelling slides).
  4. Collaborate with the media team to create motion graphics and visual elements for educational and explainer videos.
  5. Create and maintain brand design guidelines and presentation templates for all departments, ensuring consistency across communications.
  6. Lead the design of the Annual Impact Report and potentially other research publications.
  7. Work cross-functionally with community, data, research, and operations teams to translate information into clear, impactful visuals.
Qualifications
  1. 3–6+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, brand design, or related fields.
  2. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  3. Strong portfolio demonstrating: Brand identity and layout compositions; Social media design; Printed material and publication design; Motion graphics (After Effects or equivalent)
  4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects); Figmaor similar layout/prototyping tools
  5. Experience creatingpresentation systems or design templates for organizations.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and collaborate with various teams.
  7. Passion for environmental and social impact is a strong plus.
  8. Willing to live and work full-time in Bali.
