As our Astronaut, you will:

  • Lead and execute process improvement initiatives within Hub Operations, focusing on manpower optimization, throughput enhancement, SLA improvement, and error reduction.
  • Conduct comprehensive data and time-motion analyses to identify process bottlenecks and design actionable improvement solutions.
  • Develop, implement, and sustain improvement initiatives in collaboration with Hub Leads and the central Process Excellence team.
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate initiative success and ensure process adherence.
  • Train and guide Associates and operational teams on standard procedures, root cause analysis, and best practices.
  • Liaise with multiple divisions (Operations, Supply Chain, Facility, Cost Controller) to align on process improvement goals.
  • Participate in strategic projects that support business growth and operational scalability.
  • Report project progress, insights, and recommendations to the Process Excellence Manager.

Minimum Qualifications: In order to launch successfully, you need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree from any major (Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in operational excellence, warehouse, or logistics operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process mapping and root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and/or project management tools).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and fulfillment operations is an advantage.
