Purpose
Provide ongoing support, configuration and optimisation of Zoho CRM and other Zoho modules. This role focuses on keeping systems healthy, responding to change requests, and continuously improving client environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and other Zoho applications.
- Create and update workflows, blueprints, automations and validation rules.
- Manage integrations with other platforms (email, phone system, web forms, marketing tools etc).
- Build dashboards, custom reports and user views.
- Manage user access, profiles and roles.
- Investigate and resolve system issues and user requests.
- Advise on best practice setup and process improvements.
- Support client adoption and help with training where required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Solid hands-on experience administering Zoho CRM.
- Knowledge of other Zoho modules (Books, Forms, Campaigns, Flow etc).
- Experience managing integrations and APIs.
- Understanding of sales workflows and/or financial workflows.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system changes.
- Good documentation and change-control discipline.
- Experience with Australian/NZ client environments (preferred).
Engagement Type
- Ongoing contract / retainer model (likely a 12Month contract with QTRLY renewal)
- Expected involvement: ongoing maintenance, change requests and incremental enhancements
