Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Crewing Officer to join our team. This position is responsible for managing all crew-related operations and administration — including recruitment, rotation, documentation, and certification — to ensure that all vessels are manned with qualified and compliant seafarers in accordance with national and international maritime standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct crew recruitment, selection, and placement based on operational requirements.
  • Arrange crew rotation schedules and ensure adequate manning for all vessels.
  • Maintain and update crew documents and certificates (COC, BST, Seaman Book, Medical, etc.).
  • Prepare crew contracts, travel arrangements, and sign on/off documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with STCW, MLC, and other maritime regulations.
  • Maintain and update the crew database and generate regular reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties (agents, port authorities, training centers) regarding crew matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Nautical Science, Marine Engineering, Maritime Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in crewing / manning / marine HR.
  • Strong knowledge of STCW, MLC, and relevant maritime certification requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently under pressure.
