Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Kota Bandar Lampung for a Drafter & Estimator. The Drafter & Estimator will be responsible for preparing drawings, plans, and technical layouts, estimating construction costs and materials, and collaborating closely with the design and project management teams. Additional responsibilities include evaluating project requirements, creating accurate drafts, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in technical drawing and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Sketch-Up
- Experience with estimation and cost analysis methodologies for construction projects
- Strong knowledge of Architectural, Structure and Design principles
- Attention to detail and ability to check drawings for accuracy
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Kota Bandar Lampung
- Previous experience working in construction or design-related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
