Responsibilities :
Control, monitor, and evaluate the teams
Ensure the telemarketing agents and team leader are in line with the SOP
Responsible for the teams to reach the target
Compile documentation regarding operation activity
Learn and develop agents performance
Requirements
Requirements
Min. Bachelor Degree
Experienced as telemarketing supervisor at least 2 years (Fintech would be preferred)
At least experienced in handling 5 team leaders and 75 agents
Able to speak English
Ability to learn about products and services
Willing to adapt and learn more
Selling skills with the ability to resolve issues and address the complaints
