Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Reservation Management

  • Manage all bookings across OTAs (e.g., , Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb)
  • Maintain up-to-date pricing, content, and availability across all platforms
  • Use channel managers and PMS tools effectively to manage inventory
  • Ensure rate accuracy and implement dynamic pricing to maximize yield

2. Guest Communication & Booking Support

  • Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email, and OTA messaging with professionalism and warmth
  • Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests personally
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all reservation-related queries

3. Revenue Growth & Promotions

  • Monitor key performance metrics (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR) and implement strategies to improve them
  • Create and launch seasonal promotions and deals on OTA platforms
  • Analyze booking trends to anticipate demand and plan accordingly

4. Travel Agent & B2B Outreach

  • Identify and onboard new travel agents, B2B partners, and wholesalers
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with travel industry partners
  • Negotiate competitive rates and packages to drive business

5. Tools & Reporting

  • Manage and organize all reservation data using Google Sheets, Docs, and Gmail
  • Prepare regular reports on booking performance and marketing campaigns
  • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all operational tasks
