Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, analytics, campaign planning, and digital tools.
  • Proficient in using platforms such as Google Analytics, Google & YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Pixel.
  • Familiar with WordPress, CMS, HTML, Yoast SEO, Elementor, and tools like Ahrefs.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • A keen eye for performance metrics and the ability to generate high-quality leads.
  • Passion for creating data-driven strategies and optimizing campaigns for measurable results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver outstanding user experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, database marketing, email campaigns, social media, and online advertising initiatives.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify market trends and insights to optimize spending and performance based on data-driven analysis.
  • Assist in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate demand and leads, including blog posts, whitepapers, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Convert website and social media traffic into qualified leads using targeted strategies.
  • Develop strategies to increase organic reach through link building, content distribution, social media, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Optimize marketing budget/ROI and tactics across multiple channels including paid search, SEO, social media, and offline marketing.
  • Focus on improving key performance metrics such as CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPC (Cost Per Click), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Conduct A/B testing across marketing channels, including email, landing pages, and display ads, and scale strategies based on the test outcomes.
  • Create an engaging content calendar to boost blog traffic, page views, and other key content metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Work with agencies and external vendors to support the execution of digital marketing strategies.
