Job Description:
  • Lead, manage, and develop the Sales Engineer team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with key customers, strategic accounts, and new prospects.
  • Explore and maximize existing customer base to increase sales of company products (Air Compressors & related equipment).
  • Analyze customer needs, provide technical and commercial solutions, and ensure effective communication of product offerings.
  • Review, approve, and support preparation of sales proposals, presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, forecast sales performance, and report results to management.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (Service, Product Support, Marketing, and Management) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support and represent the company in marketing activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
  • Coach, mentor, and evaluate team performance, including providing regular feedback and training where necessary.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience as Sales Engineer, preferably in industrial/B2B market.
  • Proven experience as Team Leader / Supervisor in sales function is mandatory.
  • Strong skills in Sales, Dealing, Proposal Preparation, Presentation, Negotiation, and Follow Up at managerial level.
  • Strong knowledge of Air Compressors or industrial facilities/equipment such as HVAC, Generator, Boiler, or similar is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Having a strong network within related industrial sectors.
  • High integrity, professional attitude, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Possess a valid Driving License (SIM A).
