Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and control day-to-day plant operations
  • Coordinate with various departments: Production, PPIC, Warehouse, QC, and Logistics
  • Regularly report on plant performance
  • Develop strategies for continuous operational improvement
  • Translate management directives into efficient operational execution
  • Be flexible and willing to travel within the country

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Production Supervisor /Junior Manager in a production-related function
  • Strong understanding of plant/manufacturing processes
  • Excellent planning skills, strong leadership, change management abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week
