Job Overview

Responsible for overseeing daily weighbridge operations to ensure accurate weighing, smooth loading and unloading activities, equipment reliability, team effectiveness, and secure movement of goods in compliance with company SOP.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate and supervise daily weighbridge activities, including inbound and outbound weighing, and prepare related documents such as SPB and TTB accurately.

  2. Monitor loading and unloading operations, including oil receiving activities, and conduct field inspections when oil gross discrepancies exceed 50 kg.

  3. Supervise weighbridge equipment condition, coordinate maintenance or repair activities, and follow up with vendors and related parties to ensure smooth operations.

  4. Lead, develop, and schedule the weighbridge administration team to ensure compliance with SOP, operational effectiveness, and overtime efficiency.

  5. Ensure security and accuracy of goods entering and leaving the company by conducting field monitoring and identifying any suspicious activities.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Informatics (minimum GPA 3.00)

  2. Fresh Graduate are welcome or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in weighbridge, logistics, or expedition (Delivery Order/DO).

  3. Familiar with weighbridge operations, loading and unloading processes, and logistics activities.

  4. Familiar in SAP system, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets.

  5. Good communication skills, hardworking, disciplined, and able to work well in a team.

  6. Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 3-shift rotation.
