Project Manager – Pump Maintenance & Services (Oil & Gas)

1. Tujuan Jabatan

Mengelola dan mengeksekusi kontrak kerja Maintenance & Services Pompa di industri Oil & Gas secara aman, tepat mutu, tepat waktu, dan sesuai kontrak, baik di offshore maupun onshore, serta menjaga kepuasan dan kepercayaan customer.

  • Kontrak Maintenance & Services Pompa (Call-out / Unit Rate / Lump Sum)
  • Lokasi kerja: Offshore & Onshore

  • Jenis pekerjaan:

  • Preventive & corrective maintenance

  • Overhaul & troubleshooting pompa
  • Emergency breakdown service

2. Tanggung Jawab Utama

A. Manajemen Proyek & Kontrak

  • Mengelola pelaksanaan kontrak sesuai scope of work, SLA, dan KPI.
  • Menyusun dan mengendalikan Project Execution Plan (PEP).
  • Mengontrol schedule, cost, manpower, dan tools proyek.
  • Mengelola variation order (VO) dan klaim sesuai ketentuan kontrak.

B. Operasional Lapangan (Offshore & Onshore)

  • Mengatur mobilisasi dan demobilisasi personel, tools, dan spare part.
  • Memimpin tim Field Service Engineer / Technician.
  • Menjadi PIC utama untuk pekerjaan kritikal dan emergency.
  • Memastikan kesiapan personel (sertifikasi offshore, medical, dll).

C. Koordinasi Teknis

  • Berkoordinasi dengan:

  • Workshop (repair & overhaul)

  • Engineering (method statement & troubleshooting)
  • Quality (ITP, inspection, acceptance)
  • Memastikan pekerjaan sesuai standar API, prosedur internal, dan spesifikasi customer.

D. HSE & Compliance

  • Memastikan seluruh pekerjaan mematuhi standar HSE Oil & Gas.
  • Mengawasi penerapan JSA, PTW, toolbox meeting.
  • Berwenang menghentikan pekerjaan jika kondisi tidak aman.

E. Customer Relationship

  • Menghadiri meeting progress, koordinasi, dan close-out.
  • Menangani isu teknis dan komplain customer secara profesional.

F. Reporting & Dokumentasi

  • Menyusun laporan progress, technical report, dan close-out report.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan admin kontrak untuk invoice dan dokumentasi proyek.

3. Wewenang (Authority)

  • Menentukan prioritas pekerjaan lapangan.
  • Menyetujui mobilisasi personel & tools proyek.
  • Mengusulkan dan mengelola VO / perubahan scope.
  • Menghentikan pekerjaan jika tidak memenuhi aspek HSE atau kualitas.
  • Berkoordinasi langsung dengan General Manager terkait proyek.

4. Kualifikasi

Pendidikan

  • Minimal S1 Teknik Mesin / Teknik Elektro / Teknik Industri

Pengalaman

  • Minimal 7–10 tahun pengalaman di:

  • Maintenance & services pompa Oil & Gas

  • Field service offshore & onshore
  • Pernah menangani kontrak service jangka panjang menjadi nilai utama.

Kompetensi Teknis

  • Pompa centrifugal, reciprocating pump, mechanical seal
  • Penggerak pompa
  • Alignment, vibration analysis dasar, troubleshooting
  • Membaca drawing, datasheet, dan P&ID
  • Pemahaman standar API 610, API 682, API 674. (API 697  menjadi nilai tambah)

Kompetensi Non-Teknis

  • Project & contract management
  • Leadership lapangan
  • Komunikasi efektif dengan customer
  • Mampu mengambil keputusan cepat di kondisi darurat

5. Sertifikasi (Diutamakan)

  • Offshore Medical
  • Basic HSE / HSE Oil & Gas
  • PMP / Project Management Certificate (nilai tambah)

  • Zero accident
  • Ketepatan waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan
