Responsibilities

  • Conduct staffing activities for clients across diverse industries
  • Manage the complete recruitment process, including advertising, screening, interviewing, providing recommendations, and ensuring successful placements.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and seek out new business opportunities as needed.
  • Build strong client relationships and loyalty through high-quality service.
  • Address grievances, complaints, and performance issues from both candidates and clients.
  • Meet individual and company sales targets.

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • 5 years of general experience in HR Recruitment or 3 years of Talent Acquisition
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working on Recruitment Consultant is a plus
