We're now looking for a
Facility Engineer (
IT Infrastructure / SysAdmin / IT Ops
)
— someone who is not only technically strong, but also reliable, committed, and eager to grow with a company that values responsibility and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and monitor core IT infrastructure, including servers, data centers, and network environments.
• Ensure smooth and secure operations of backup systems, databases, system logs, and monitoring tools.
• Coordinate with data center providers for maintenance, configuration, equipment installation, and relocation.
• Maintain physical and network security across infrastructure and ensure uptime standards are consistently achieved.
• Provide on-call and urgent support when critical issues require immediate response, including on-site data center visits when necessary.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Administration, Infrastructure, or IT Operations.
• Experience with
  Linux & Windows Server
  , network devices (router, switch, firewall, CCTV), and database operations.
• Familiarity with backup systems, monitoring tools, PKI, or data center operations is a strong plus.
• High sense of responsibility, reliability, and trustworthiness — especially when dealing with secure systems.
• Someone who takes initiative, works collaboratively, and commits to delivering high-quality and stable infrastructure.
