Backend Engineer (Golang)

Location: Kembangan, Jakarta Barat (Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract 6 Months

Job Description:

We are looking for a Backend Engineer with expertise in
Golang
to develop our core financial system. The ideal candidate should have experience working independently in designing and building backend systems for financial products, with an understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain core financial backend systems using Golang.
  • Architect and implement Microservices and Event-Driven solutions for scalable financial applications.
  • Work with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) to ensure real-time data processing.
  • Ensure high availability, security, and compliance in financial system development.
  • Integrate with third-party financial APIs and payment gateways.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Optimize application performance and resolve technical issues proactively.
  • Write well-documented, testable, and maintainable code.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building core financial systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Golang for backend development.
  • Highly familiar in utilizing Microservices Architecture and Event-Driven Systems.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Solid understanding of financial regulations, security, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases for financial transactions.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge in Java & Springboot
  • Hands-on experience in distributed systems and real-time data processing.
  • Knowledge of financial risk management and fraud detection.
  • Familiarity with and API gateway technologies.
