Job Summary

The Procurement Runner is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and delivering ingredients, supplies, and operational materials as requested by the kitchen and operational teams. This role ensures that all purchased items meet the required quality standards and are recorded accurately.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SMA/SMK or Diploma equivalent.

  • Experience in purchasing or store runner roles in F&B or hospitality industry is preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of ingredients, food supplies, and restaurant equipment.

  • Able to conduct basic quality checks for products

  • Capable of managing receipts and invoices accurately

  • Basic computer skills (e.g., spreadsheets/data entry).

  • Negotiation skills when interacting with suppliers regarding pricing, product alternatives, and availability.

  • Honest, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team.

-Must have a valid SIM C and able to travel for purchasing tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
