We're Hiring: DevOps / IT Support | Placement: PT. Solusi Tiga Selaras (Part of IFT Group)

Responsibilities:

  • Bridge
    the gap between development (Dev) and operations (Ops) teams to ensure rapid, stable, and efficient system builds, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage and optimize
    the full CI/CD pipeline.
  • Support
    end-users by troubleshooting and resolving technical problems effectively.
  • Implement and manage
    containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) solutions.
  • Monitor
    system health, performance, and logging using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK.
  • Oversee
    core infrastructure components including networking, DNS, load balancers, and reverse proxies (Nginx, Traefik).

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of
    Linux system administration
    &
    shell scripting
    (Bash, Zsh, PowerShell).
  • Experience using source control
    (Git)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    CI/CD tools
    (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar).
  • Understanding of container concepts
    (Docker)
    and
    Kubernetes
    (service exposure, Helm charts, ingress, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of
    cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
    .
  • Understanding of
    networking concepts
    , DNS, load balancers, and reverse proxies (Nginx, Traefik).
  • Familiarity with
    monitoring/logging tools
    (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, ELK).

Bonus Points
:

  • Experience with
    IaC tools
    like Terraform, Ansible, Helm, or ArgoCD.
  • Advanced
    scripting experience
    (Python, Go, Bash).
  • Cloud certification
    (AWS Practitioner / Azure Fundamentals / GCP Associate).
  • Basic knowledge of
    security
    (firewall, IAM, vulnerability scanning).
