Account Manager Fragrance

"As part of the Fragrance Sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts and identifying new business opportunities to support overall sales growth. You will build strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and propose suitable fragrance solutions in collaboration with internal teams. You will also support project development by coordinating briefs, ensuring timely follow-ups, and providing market and customer insights to enhance product offerings and strengthen our market position"
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the fragrance, beauty, and FMCG Industry.
- Basic understanding of fragrance development and a strong interest in the fragrance industry.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- The ideal candidate is Result-driven, client-oriented, driving business growth, and developing long-term customer relationship
