IT Staff

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff IT position in Bandung. The
IT Staff
manages the company's IT systems, including software development, database administration, and network maintenance. They are responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting enterprise platforms like ERP and CRM, and ensuring all hardware and digital tools function effectively to support daily operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding in PHP, C#, jQuery. Experienced in reporting tools such as Crystal Reports and Report Designer.
• Understanding of MySQL and SQL Server 2012. Knowledgeable in Hardware, Networking, and Microsoft 365 administration. Familiar with Power Apps and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Have experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite/NS, AOL). Proficient in CRM (Salesforce/SF) and Acumatica.
• Understanding of API development and integration.
• Skilled in graphic design software such as CorelDRAW, Photo-Paint, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
