  2. Pengalaman Minimal 5 - 7 tahun posisi manajemen senior bidang Operation di industri Asuransi Jiwa (Khususnya Policy Owner Service & Customer Service)
  3. Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan memiliki pengetahuan tentang asuransi jiwa.
  4. Memiliki kemampuan pelayanan, dan presentasi yang baik.
  5. Memiliki leadership yang kuat, kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi lintas divisi yang baik.
  6. Memiliki sertifikasi AAMAI atau sertifikasi relevan lainnya.
  7. Berorientasi pada pengembangan diri dan tujuan perusahaan.

Job Description :

  1. Memimpin dan mengembangkan tim Policy Owner Service untuk memastikan pelayanan terbaik.
  2. Mengelola seluruh proses administrasi polis, termasuk perubahan polis, klaim, dan layanan purna jual.
  3. Menyusun dan memastikan penerapan SOP layanan sesuai standar perusahaan dan ketentuan regulator (OJK, AAJI, dll).
  4. Menganalisis kualitas layanan dan melakukan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah.
  5. Berkoordinasi dengan divisi terkait untuk kelancaran proses layanan polis.
  6. Menyusun laporan kinerja dan analisis operasional secara berkala.
  7. Mendorong digitalisasi dan efisiensi proses layanan.
