Marketing Communication Manager Job Description

  • Develop and execute brand, launch, and optimization strategies across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and TikTok Shop in-app platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end full-funnel marketing campaigns including awareness, consideration, conversion, and post-purchase initiatives.
  • Oversee TikTok Shop and e-commerce operations, including CPA, CTR, ROAS, GMV, and growth target achievement.
  • Plan and execute brand activation programs such as product launches, traffic-driving initiatives, on-site merchandising coordination, influencer activation, and promotional mechanics.
  • Monitor and report performance through daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards, ensuring actionable insights and continuous optimization.
  • Lead creative and influencer collaboration initiatives, including content ideation, briefing, management, and evaluation against performance KPIs.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation through competitor benchmarking, ROI analysis, and financial discipline.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, E-Commerce, Operations, Finance, and Platform teams to ensure campaign alignment and execution excellence.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong growth mindset with solid commercial acumen and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into clear business actions.
  • Highly adaptable and agile, with strong awareness of evolving digital, social commerce, and content trends.

Specific Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce growth roles with measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and TikTok Shop operations.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technologies, including campaign mechanics, vouchers, bundles, traffic tools, conversion optimization, and on-site merchandising.
  • Advanced skills in performance analytics and dashboarding; comfortable working with ROAS, CPA, CTR, GMV, and platform insights.
  • Proven experience developing UGC and creator briefs and managing influencer collaborations to drive performance outcomes.
  • Experience negotiating and managing influencer and affiliate partnerships to secure inventory, programs, and value-added opportunities.
