Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of mechanics in performing maintenance and repair of Heavy Equipment.
  • Develop and manage preventive maintenance and troubleshooting schedules.
  • Conduct daily inspections and evaluate the condition of each unit regularly.
  • Coordinate with field operations to ensure readiness of trucks based on the concrete pouring schedule.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports on unit conditions, downtime, and spare parts needs.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) standards on site.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience as a heavy equipment or project vehicle mechanic
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, rotating drum mechanisms, and vehicle electrical systems.
