Jobdesc:

  • Supervise the daily activities of the finance department, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger functions.
  • Review weekly bank reconciliation / monthly balance sheet reconciliation / analyses.
  • Handle cash, credit/debit cards, gift cards, and mobile payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage and monitor assets, including maintenance and depreciation
  • Prepare asset management reports and conduct regular asset audits
  • Payment scheduling, monitoring and managing the company's cash flow (collection and payment) to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from reputable university with min GPA 3.00 (based on 4.0 scale), major in Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Finance or 2 years as supervisor is preferable
  • Strong leadership, have a good analytical thinking, detail oriented and good communications.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadline, and good in managing multitasking jobs.
  • Able to work individually and team projects
