As an Operational Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting project execution and driving on-the-ground implementation of transformative initiatives. Collaborating closely with senior consultants and stakeholders, you will ensure the successful application of best practices, focusing on achieving measurable results. This role is heavily focused on change management, ensuring that the strategic initiatives lead to real improvements in field operations.

Responsibilities:

- Lead your assigned workstream by facilitating client meetings, delivering presentations, and conducting discussions using clear and effective materials.

- Conduct detailed ground-level analysis and research to support project decisions and formulate impactful solutions.

- Develop business cases and provide actionable recommendations aimed at driving significant improvements in field operations.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality consulting engagements with measurable, tangible results.

- Monitor project milestones, proactively identifying risks and driving continuous improvements in operational practices.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in operations or consulting, ideally within industries that involve field operations.

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to lead client discussions and establish strong relationships with on-site teams.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, adept at interpreting field data and providing actionable insights.

- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

- Experience in digital transformation and AI-driven projects is a plus.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in business, engineering, agriculture, or a related field.

- Results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.

- Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site across various field locations in Indonesia.
