  • Proficiency in Figma and experience with component-based and system-driven design.

  • Solid understanding of design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience guiding cross-functional discussions.

  • Ability to balance user needs with business goals in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with agile/scrum development processes is a plus.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into intuitive design solutions.

  • Lead the design of scalable, efficient, and user-friendly enterprise tools.

  • Manage the end-to-end design process from research to final UI.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure user-centered outcomes.

  • Maintain design systems and UI libraries for consistency.

  • Mentor designers and promote best practices in UX/UI.

  • Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies.

  • Work with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.

  • Contribute to product strategy with design insights.

  • Advocate for accessibility, responsiveness, and inclusive design.
