About the role

We're seeking a skilled and personable Receptionist to join our team at PT Sodexo Sinergi Indonesia in Jakarta on a contract basis. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive impression and ensuring smooth operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading provider of integrated facilities management services and contribute to the success of our Jakarta operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Handling incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate team members
  3. Providing administrative support, such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organising meetings
  4. Maintaining a neat and organised reception area to create a welcoming environment
  5. Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the smooth running of the office

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people
  3. Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with attention to detail
  4. Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software, including Microsoft Office suite
  5. A friendly, professional, and customer-oriented approach
  6. Fluency in English
  7. Ready join ASAP
