Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse staff including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
  • Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Plan and organize warehouse layout to maximize efficiency and space utilization.
  • Schedule and prioritize workflow to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse employees to maintain high performance.
  • Address and resolve operational issues or bottlenecks promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory movements.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to support business needs.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
  • 1 year + experience in warehouse supervision or operations.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in warehouse operations.
