Position : Sales Supervisor Sumatra

Work Location : Lampung, Palembang, Duri, Bukittinggi, Batam, Medan, Tanjung Pinang.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar role
• Experience in the Beauty, FMCG, or Retail industry is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales Achievement: Lead and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets within the Papua region
• Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and develop sales representatives to ensure high performance and strong team synergy
• Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand distribution channels, and strengthen brand presence in the region
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners
• Reporting & Analysis: Provide accurate and timely sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis to management
• Execution Excellence: Ensure sales programs, trade promotions, and merchandising activities are implemented effectively at the store level
