About the role

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our talented technology team at PT Indocyber Global Teknologi. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the backend architecture and systems that power our innovative digital solutions. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

  1. Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient backend systems and APIs
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  3. Implement and maintain reliable data storage and retrieval mechanisms
  4. Optimize application performance and ensure high availability
  5. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  6. Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in backend development

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development, preferably with Golang, and
  3. Proficient in designing and implementing RESTful APIs
  4. Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
  5. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
  6. Knowledge of software design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices
  7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  8. Strong communication and collaboration skills
