We are seeking a dedicated and intelligent professional to join our team as a Risk & Operations Associate. This position requires an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to perform on-site due diligence when needed. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong willingness to learn, possesses relevant experience in risk control or operational management, and is proficient in English both spoken and written.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site due diligence and verification activities to support operational and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in monitoring and evaluating operational processes to ensure alignment with internal policies and standards.
  • Support risk control activities, including identifying, assessing, and reporting potential operational risks.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to due diligence and operational assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency and mitigate identified risks.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of operational best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably male, and able to perform on-site assignments as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in risk control, operations, or related functions is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eager to learn and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
