Responsibilities

  • Perform daily exploratory testing on mobile (Android/iOS) and web apps to uncover usability issues, defects, and inconsistencies.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs clearly in Jira, including steps to reproduce, severity, and potential impact.
  • Collaborate with the SDET and Product teams to prioritize critical issues and revalidate fixes.
  • Focus on high-risk pillars (e.g., Pro and Retail) where bug frequency or user impact is higher.
  • Provide feedback on UI/UX consistency, performance perception, and feature completeness.
  • Track and meet monthly QA metrics and goals (e.g., target of 30 valid bugs per month).

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in manual or exploratory testing of web/mobile applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and curiosity in breaking and exploring software.
  • Experience using tools like Jira, Qase, Postman, and screen recording/debugging tools like Burp Suite or Fiddler.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced product environment (preferably fintech, crypto, or trading apps).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to explain findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
